1. When this applies
This policy covers prepaid professional service fees for dashboard modules listed on this site where no separate enterprise agreement overrides these provisions.
2. Eligibility window
Clients may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of the initial invoice date provided no confidential workshop materials, credentials, or bespoke datasets have been delivered.
3. Partial refunds
If discovery workshops have occurred, we may withhold costs for time already rendered at published daily rates and refund the unused balance within the statutory cooling-off expectations of Korean consumer regulations where applicable.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party data licenses, rush surcharges after signed go-live dates, and travel already incurred are non-refundable once booked, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Request process
Email hello@network-nexus.digital with invoice number, module name, and a brief reason. We acknowledge within two business days and may schedule a short call to confirm scope boundaries.
6. Processing timeline
Approved refunds post within ten business days to the original payment path. Banking intermediaries may add their own settlement delays.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
We prefer direct resolution under the Digital Commerce Act framework and related Korean guidelines. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may slow verification.
8. Cancellations
Either party may cancel future milestones with ten business days written notice. Fees for accepted deliverables to date remain payable; unearned deposits return according to Sections 2–3.
9. Exceptions
Bespoke integrations touching regulated personal data may invoke longer exit procedures; those timelines are spelled out in the relevant statement of work.
