These General Terms govern access to marketing and informational materials published by Network Nexus ("we", "us") at network-nexus.digital. By using the site you confirm that you are at least eighteen or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Content on this site describes analytics enablement offerings, dashboard modules, and related professional services. Unless captured in a separately executed statement of work, nothing here constitutes an offer capable of immediate acceptance.

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, scrape content in bulk, or misrepresent affiliation with our clients. Automated access that degrades performance may be throttled or blocked.

All trademarks, layouts, copy, diagrams, and underlying trade tooling descriptions remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to view materials for internal evaluation only.

Any sample metrics, anonymized visuals, or scenario labels marked as confidential may not be redistributed. Remove such assets from meeting materials if partners have not executed appropriate confidentiality undertakings.

Materials are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions (Republic of Korea) and other applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from site use is limited to proven direct damages not exceeding the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or KRW 500,000 if no fees apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict rules. Courts in Jeollanam-do shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules assign another venue.

We may suspend or retire sections of the site for maintenance or compliance reasons. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Archive copies of prior versions are available on request for sixty days.
